We offer a weekly class incorporating traditional Tulen Principles encouraging the student to live an easy and joyful life.

Tulen Golden Principles come from our Teacher, Mas Goeroe Agoeng Willy Wetzel, who brought the martial art of Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen to the United States from Indonesia in 1956. Traditionally, these healing and life lessons have been accessible only to advanced students who have trained physically in this art for years. But now, through the compassionate teachings of Mas Goeroe Agoeng Willy Wetzel’s prodigy student, Mas Goeroe Agoeng Barbara Niggel, these Tulen Principles are available to everyone.
The instructors are martial artists in the art of Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen. This course is designed for people interested in learning the healing aspects of a traditional martial art, but who are unable to, or not interested in learning the physical skills of martial arts.
