After School Programs

SIGN UP BELOW…Tulen Center is pleased to offer after school martial arts training at Beaverton and SW Portland public and private schools.  Our after school programs meet once a week for an hour after school and teach children the basics of Poekoelan. Children will:

  • Learn valuable self-defense skills
  • Get a great workout
  • Meet new friends
  • Improve their self-confidence, discipline and patience
  • Have fun!

All of our classes are taught by wonderful instructors, and will help your child develop discipline, physical fitness and confidence.

Students interested in more in depth training are always welcome to join our regularly scheduled beginners classes at our school.
