Cun Tao Basics: Sweeps, flips and falls
All ages, all ranks welcome. Goeroe Jeff is just back from the Cape and he had some Personal Training time with our Teacher, Mas Goeroe Agoeng Barbara. He will lead our next quarterly workshop. Mark your calendars for Friday, June 8th from 6:30-8:30. He’ll focus on sweeps, flips and falls. ALL of us need to work on Cun Tao Basics. Plan to attend.
