SIGN UP BELOW…Tulen Center is pleased to offer after school martial arts training at Beaverton and SW Portland public and private schools.  Our after school programs meet once a week for an hour after school and teach children the basics of Poekoelan.Children will:

• Learn valuable self-defense skills
• Get a great workout
• Meet new friends
• Improve their self-confidence, discipline and patience
• Have fun!

All of our classes are taught by wonderful instructors, and will help your child develop discipline, physical fitness and confidence.
